All jerseys sold by Baeunderartsco are made to order, including your chosen size, color, and personalization. Please review the production and shipping timelines below before placing your order.
Production Time
Because each jersey is custom-made after purchase, please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order ships. Production begins after your order and personalization details are confirmed.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes:
- Domestic (United States): 7–10 business days
- International: 7–12 business days, depending on destination and customs processing
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed, as carrier delays can occur outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.
Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is confirmed lost in transit or has not arrived well beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will assist with a replacement or refund in line with our Return and Refund Policy.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we will do our best to assist.
