Eligible defective and non-defective products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to the applicable product-condition and return requirements.

5. Pricing and Currency

After this period, production may already have started and we may be unable to cancel or modify the order.

Orders require both production time and shipping time.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Returned products must meet the applicable new-condition requirements described in that policy.

Eligible non-defective return reasons may include change of mind, incorrect size selection, fit issues, incorrect color or option selection, or customer-submitted personalization mistakes.

All approved physical returns and exchanges must be sent by mail.

Customers are responsible for obtaining and paying for their own return shipping label and return shipping costs.

Baeunderartsco does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns or exchanges.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 calendar days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
